At Senchi Apparel we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, however, if you are not satisfied with any items received you may return your item within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
All garments are thoroughly quality checked before dispatching. Therefore we respectfully request that all garments/items are returned in the exact condition they were received, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
Please note:
Once we have received your returned package, please allow 7 days for processing. We will send you an email notification once your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you used in your original order and any charges incurred will be also reflected in your refund.
Yes we accept exchanges, and are happy to exchange your item for any other item displayed on our website.
Items can be exchanged for another item of equal value or less. If you wish to purchase an item of a higher value an additional payment will be required to cover the difference.
Postage costs are not covered and you will need to submit a payment of £3.50 (for UK parcels only) to cover the shipping of the exchanged item. International customers, please contact us directly with details of your request.

When returning your item please package the item safely and enclose a copy of the Senchi Apparel invoice which arrived in your package with detailing your reson for returning the item.

If the item you received is faulty or we have made a mistake, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us.
Please note: When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
